Join us At Road's End, our off grid farm and homestead.

            At Road’s End we are dedicated to creating a vibrant working farm that serves as both a productive homestead and an educational hub. Our mission is to provide hands-on experiences with our family of KuneKune pigs and Icelandic chickens; helping visitors to gain practical knowledge about sustainable and kind farming practices. We strive to inspire a love for the land and its inhabitants, promoting healthy, ethical food choices while empowering individuals to embrace a lifestyle honouring tradition and fostering community-sufficiency. Through workshops, retreats, farm tours, camping, forest therapy, and educational outreach, we aim to cultivate a supportive environment where learning, growth, and connection flourish.

              We are British Columbia's only AKKPS (americankunekunepigsociety.org) exclusive breeder, and are proud to be the first and only Canadian member of the New Zealand Kunekune Association (kunekune.co.nz).  The preservation of this incredible heritage pig breed is a huge responsibility we take seriously and engage in with great pride and with excitement for our shared future.  You can find us in the Cariboo regional district of BC and, off the beaten path, near Hixon (between Quesnel and Prince George).  Hope to see you soon!
